Hey there, Yes I have had a run with the seat pole…… I am truly amazed how easy it all works. At first I thought the difference in height would not be enough but it surely does the job… You are going to make a lot of people happy with this seat pole, makes riding that much more fun especially on a cross country / free-ride bike.
